Does taking Effexor at the same time everyday matter?

Does it make a difference if you take Effexor at the exact same time everyday? I always take it sometime between 8 am and 12 pm and wasn’t sure if I were better at taking it at the exact same time if that would make it more effective or not. I’m not sure I’ve noticed a difference when I take it at different times as far as side effects go, but curious if I am getting the most of this medicine if I don’t take it right on the same hour daily.

You are more likely to get brain zaps, headaches and nausea is you dont take it at the same time everyday at the exact same time. At least it is a common experience, not everyone is the same of course it has a short half life is why. So it is better to take it on time for that reason to bc it keeps it more consistently dosed in your body.
