I used to be 22stone (139kg) I am now 14.6stone, lost 10inches from my waist. If I can do it, you can, I cut out crap from my diet, I am disabled so exercise wasn't something I could do. Good luck for your weight loss, if you need more info just ask. Just remember if you eat 3000 calories and burn only 1000 that 2000 to stay on your body.

I like my body because I'm still alive despite coming inches within death multiple times. It's kept me alive despite the odds I've faced

Despite having issues doctors can't seem to diagnose after countless tests, I'm still here. It's still keeping me afloat everyday!

I love my body and all its parts except for the incontinence issue, but that's a whole other issue I've got going on.

Even when it isn't working right, it's still doing everything it knows to keep me protected and safe.

It stayed alive and hung on when my mind didn't think I would survive. I went from not being able to stand on 2 feet to now working full time and going to the gym. That's an insane transition
