I’ve had a few. It’s not too bad. It can be uncomfortable, as they’ll put sensors into different spots and run electricity through the nerves to see how the nerves conduct signal, but it’s not super painful. Sometimes your muscles will twitch. It’s a great tool to see exactly where a “disconnect” lies.

They’re uncomfortable for sure. But it’s doable, some spots hurt more than others Just remember to breathe and they do try to do it pretty quickly
