Shortness of Breath with Endometriosis

Has anyone experienced shortness of breath related to endometriosis? I’m thinking endometrial tissue might be attached to and affecting my diaphragm making it hard to breathe. I have a provisional diagnosis, but I haven’t had surgery to confirm or treat because no surgeon will operate due to my severely poor wound healing. So this could be something completely unrelated to endometriosis as well.

My diaphragm keeps moving / inflaming / something, and I have to keep getting an Osteo to put it back so I can breathe properly. Unsure if mine is related or not

Update I had a massive blood clot in my heart blocking 60-80% blood clot depending on my position (sitting, standing, laying down) and now the clot was sitting on my heart valve. That was causing my shortness of breath. TBD after physical therapy (or if insurance agrees to pay changing to cardiac rehab) if I’m still short of breath or not.
