I drink a lot of caffeine, which is probably not all that healthy, but it keeps me awake most of the time

Me too. I’ll pound caffeine or like snacking on something will keep me awake too.

I struggle even with caffeine. I find myself napping a lot.

I like munching on fruit with a high sugar content. Both the sugar and the action of snacking helps me stay awake

I personally love pressed juices from a local juice bar, fresh citrus and ginger. If not then those juice shots help. Also just regular fresh fruit. Also loving immunity and hydration tablets for water like the ones from nuun

Starting Wellbutrin for my anxiety, in combination with Zoloft. Wellbutrin does a lot of the same things that adderall does, but is not a stimulant.

I also resort to using caffeine when I just can’t do it… other than that, it sounds kind of dumb, but if I have a lot of chores to do or whatever I’ll get all the way dressed in a cute outfit. For some reason it helps me get things done? Lol. I also will go for a brief walk, or do some stretching. I live in Alaska so the Arctic blast anytime I go outside snaps me awake 🥶 😂

Coffee for sure! I know I shouldn’t be drinking as much caffeine as I am but I am an 8 am twice a week and a full day of classes after. It can be absolutely exhausting! I take naps when I can in between or meet up with my friends for lunch so I can stay awake and engaged.
