I was diagnosed with epilepsy when I was 4, and my seizures have recently started flaring up again

Keppra has been helping, but its also been severely affecting my short term memory and focus. I don't know why I was taken off meds because I was too young to really remember

Keppra does the same thing to me but when i tried switching i had a seizure on the trial meds they put me on so I switched back. It is really frustrating not always being able to remember things or forgetting things that i’ve just discussed with someone, but it works so I just kind of deal with it haha. Plus i’ve been too scared to try & switch again just because I might have a seizure.

Have you thought about switching meds to see if it works?
