Esophageal Motility Test for Gastroparesis

I was just wondering if anyone had to do an esophageal motility test for gastroparesis?

I had to do a swallow test. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing. It was 5 hours long including breaks. Had to eat a radioactive egg so they could watch it go through my body. If this is what you’re getting, I’m happy to go into more detail. Not painful, just long.

yes. The test was long. Reglan has helped. I’m looking into surgical options as I’ve lost 30 pounds since October and I keep losing weight. Good luck to you. I know how Gp can negatively impact work and social life.
