I had gastro issyes/food intolerances/bowel issues/D/leakage…. Diagnosed celiac disease then IBS when celiac diet failed… went on for years seeing various gastro’s, testing, various drugs;diets. Eliminating lots of foods…but developed hemorrhoids and suffered a good year and gastro didn’t really help me out! But listened to Dr. Oz back then to suggest eliminating four foods…and one of them was corn! I ate lots of corn for celiac diet. In two weeks of eliminating corn, my hemorrhoids started to heal! At that time there were not many grain free foods, but now there are many available! That’s my story… is an option to stop grains!

I’m there with you. Sometimes any diet will cause havoc. If it’s not one thing it’s another! You want to eat foods that are soluble celluloid. I think I got that right! Corn is not one of them! Cooked carrots only. Things like that. Stay away from broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower etc. they make crazy gas. Gas in our world can be painful at times!!
