Whenever I get bleeding that’s when I call my consultant straight away as it never resolves on my own for me!

Mesalmine used to work great, but now it refuses to work to clear up the bleeding. Some of bleeding is from a chronic fissure that I’m going to have a procedure on, but all of the blood definitely isn’t from the fissure

I didn’t stop bleeding until my doctor put me on Xelganz XR 22mg a day. It hasn’t been a problem for me since June 2021

I had COVID in December 2020. I feel like my stomach hasn’t been the same since.

I have not (to my knowledge) had covid, but my worst symptom has always been bleeding. It’s scary! I’m on two types of mesalamine right now, and if I am compliant with taking both every day, I see a difference. As a woman, it is scary that I bleed more from my UC than from menstruation.

I’ve always had a lot of bleeding and the only thing that ever stopped it was mesalamine enemas and Now my humira seems to be keeping the blood away!
