Excessive Sleepiness on Xanax: Anyone Else?

right now they're trying to find the right med for me so I've been on xanax and propranolol lately 3mg of xanax a day and I'm like so tired and finding myself laying down to play games on my phone and falling asleep so much. maybe I'm taking too much xanax and it's built up in my system making me sleep so much.. has anyone else had this problem?

I honestly think it could just be the anxiety. Same too.. laying too much and on clonazepam. What all do you deal with?

Honestly I do agree with mizzcali. I haven't heard that as an explanation, but I also struggle with anxiety , I feel like your post really makes sense though. If your meds make you too tired, try them in the evening

I dont like Xanax but do need something like it so I take Klonopin-clonozapam. I don't have forgetful moments, helps me stay calm and allows me to feel happiness. I take it several times a day with dysloflexin . I felt like I was a science experiment for years until I found a clinic that does DNA testing and it shows what class of medicine would work best for your DNA. Truly life changing.
