anyone else deal with excessive sweating in the hands/ feet? Even when my hands/feet are cold they are always sweaty and feeling clammy unless I’m wearing socks then it doesn’t seem to bother me or I just don’t notice it.?

I tend to feel clammy all the time. I get sweaty a lot too in my hands and feet unless I’m wearing socks. I thought I was just weird but I’m glad I’m not the only one!

my feet will sweat constantly! even when they are cold, or when i try socks.. they just stay freezing and sweat. the clammy feeling is so uncomfy. i’ve found the only way to really warm them is to find a heat source.. i love my heating blanket!

My sister has that issue and she got diagnosed with hyperhydrosis (which is treatable!) - maybe you have it as a comorbidity?
