I've been struggling with the same thing as of late, my finals are next week and I have 2 research papers overdue. What helps me (even if its just a little) is to set up my desk (or wherever you feel is the most productive), get some tea maybe food, get out all my notes or materials from class, and organize my space so it looks nice and studious! I have also decided to join a discord server where people can study together in calls and work for a period of time (like 25-30-50 minutes) and then take a break (for 5-10-15) and repeat that until you've done all you can! I also remember that I shouldn't feel bad for not doing these assignments, I've done what I can and I understand that I won't always finish them on time or do my best, and that's okay.

I will either ask my partner to tell me to do something or I will text a friend and ask them to tell me to do something. I once was just sitting in my car (maybe 20 minutes) and I asked one of my friends to tell me to go inside and that usually gets my brain unstuck. I've had them do it for when I was stuck and couldn't move to go eat or use the bathroom. It won't help everyone but for me having someone else tell me to do the thing helps

Honestly, I feel like lately the only way I do things is either someone telling me to do something or the fear of the deadline soo I would finish something but totally procrastinate and do it the day before
