Struggling with Exercise Motivation

Hello! I currently weigh 364 pounds. I am trying to bring that number down. I have started in a program, but I struggle with the motivation to do any exercise on my own, do you have any suggestions?

I don't know if it's gonna work for me but I'm trying the weighted hula hoop soon. I'm around 375lbs and I hate it. Maybe u could see if that's something u would like

I’m a personal trainer. When I do an initial intake I ask my clients HOW they are motivated. I would start there and based on your other post it sounds like positive reinforcement and words of affirmation help you. You can Google different ways to use those. It’s actually pretty hard to just figure out how to motivate yourself and very rooted in belief systems and your connection with yourself. Without knowing what motivates you, it can feel like you end up throwing the kitchen sink at yourself and end up exhausted and frustrated. I’d be more than happy to try and help you figure out what works for you, not as a client but just to help you figure out how to work with yourself better in this aspect and feel good about the process. If you want help, send me a direct message.
