Weather is a big one for me too. Also, stress, getting sick with a cold or the flu, then there are days when none of those items matter. It's just a high flare day.

Weather, not respecting my boundaries, stress and lack of sleep. Also if I don't follow my diet

Weather and carbs and lack of sleep gives me the worst brain fog, stiffness and bloating. will make me sleep the day away.

Weather and how much strain I put on my body during the week. I end up in bed for days.

Yeah. Thank you everyone who's chimed in so far. I asked because I had a day (first in almost a year) where I couldn't get out of bed without help. Weather was going nuts (barometric pressure was reading like a yo-yo), I'd been working in retail (with my walker), and moving on my own. I had WAY overdone it and was still going. My stress had been up and it was promptly squashed by my [AMAZING] roommates. I hope everyone has a support system in place. They are extremely important no matter what complications you have in life.
