Looking for ways to manage my fatigue

Is there anything I can take or do, such as take certain vitamins or increase my exercise, that can improve my fatigue? I experience joint pain that makes exercise difficult but I'm willing to try anything at this point. I have tried many medications but almost all have made me experience terrible side effects that only made me more sick in the end.

Yes actually it just depends on what your body is low in. I have to take a multivitamin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, iron tablets, another tablet that boosts my blood flow (low blood pressure), and many more. If you want you can dm me and I can give you all the names and brands if you don't wanna look for them.

Also for joint/muscle pain I use a spray called Theraworx and it works. It's completely natural and you can buy it at any store (cvs, Walgreens, Kroger's, Walmart, etc)

I did physical therapy that specialized in POTS. I feel like I’ve had more success with exercise that way
