Yes, many people experience irrational fear of death or dying. It is a common anxiety and you are not alone in feeling this way.

Always. It never stops either and it sucks because you spend life worrying more than enjoying it

I have to immediately focus on something else when I think of death because I will spiral into what happens after and what it would be like to lose consciousness and I'll lay awake in bed and panic about it. 😨

I definitely was as a child. I had fear of burning in a lake of fire. I had dreams as a child that I had the feeling of pins and needles all over my body and satan was laughing telling me to pack my bags so I could go to hell with him. It felt like all my cells in my body grew more dense and I had needles sticking in my entire body. Now I have a healthy fear of dying only because I don’t particularly want to go into the void 😆

I have been this way since I was a little girl and because of that fear I haven’t lived always thinking something bad was going to happen and I have passed that fear somewhat onto my kids but I’m working on it because death is guaranteed but you don’t want to waste whatever life you have left not living ❤️ I think we all can work on it little by little together. I have chronic PTSD , Panic disorder with agoraphobia and many other things so I’m not perfect
