Fear of Vomiting in Public

I’ve always had emitephobia (still can’t spell it) but after feeling nauseous in a classroom I’ve developed a fear of being sick around people. Has anyone else experienced this?

I sort of do but with crying instead of getting sick so I understand how you feel in a different way

I’ve had emetophobia since I was a child. Any time I feel sick I have a panic attack. It’s so hard.

Yes Ive had it really bad since Ive been a kid. I get zofran from my doctor. Having it on me somehow makes me feel less anxious knowing I have it incase i need it. I also carry like pepto and mints and such.

Me too. I carry zofran, mints, and peppermint oil with me △⃒⃘lways. The book The emetophobia Manuel by Ken Goodman is good…I’ve been reading it and I think it does help a little
