I’m so sorry, anxiety sucks. If it helps any, I had a couple things I would do to calm down during the day that I’m going to share just in case they can help. Starting out, try to make a single goal for the day. It doesn’t have to be big, it could be something like ‘take a deep breath before each class starts’. Goals really help me push through hard days. If you have a friend you trust, let them know it’s going to be a hard day for you. Even if you don’t end up going to them for help, it feels better knowing there’s someone there if need be. And if you’re comfortable with asking to leave class, theres nothing wrong with stepping out and taking a breather in the bathroom. If you’re stuck in class, try to do something you enjoy. This could be doodling, writing something, or anything that you love (I used to bring a notebook and simply write down song lyrics from memory because it helped me focus on something that I both enjoyed and that needed lots of mental work which took away from my brains capacity to send out extreme anxiety). That can be really helpful. Anxiety sucks but you are stronger! I hope you wake up feeling at least somewhat better and that your day goes well. (Also remember that even if the day doesn’t go well, it’s not a bad reflection on you or a fault on your part. Sometimes days are just hard, and it’s normal for some days to not be great. Don’t be too hard on yourself if the anxiety gets to be too much, I promise you’re going to be okay.) If you need to talk more or have questions I’m here for you! <3 -From someone who learned to manage/work through school anxiety
