Feeling dreadful and in pain, is this normal?

Hi, I’m new on here. I was just wondering if anyone just feels dreadful some days, or parts of the day when you just want to lie down as you feel sick, light headed and I don’t know weird? Like someone has pulled out the plug out and zapped you of you energy! I’m not on any medication at the moment I’m waiting to see the doctor. My muscles ache my elbows, have sharp pains down my arms and into my fingers. The pain seems to move around my body! Is this normal? Thanks in advance ❤️

I'm new here and fibromyalgia is fairly new to me. When I was first diagnosed I could barely walk, extremely difficult for me to climb the 4 stairs into my house. I was in a complete fog, depressed, dizzy, shooting pain everywhere and extremely depressed.

Hi! I am 75% better with my fibro and have tried many different things, I am happy to talk to you any time if you want to learn more about what I did and possible treatments! But sadly what you’re describing is typical of fibro, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth getting checked out for other conditions!

Hi , I felt very much like this and couldn’t get through the day without feeling like I needed to sleep as I was completely drained of all energy . Anyway… long story short … I was sent for a sleep study and was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea ( I stopped breathing 28 times an hour for 10 seconds each time) . I now feel so much better as I sleep using CPAP therapy and get a solid sleep . The next day I have so much more energy and my body aches much less , my fibro pain and RA pain has lessened . Hope you feel better soon xx

Hi welcome friend. Yes all the time my pain is somewhere new or just everywhere at once. I’m in a hard place right now mentally and physically. Have no one to talk to or anyone who understands anything I’m going through ☹️
