Feeling Exhausted for No Reason

Randomly out of the blue I feel extremely exhausted for about three days straight. It's not like I'm doing any extra activities, my energy level is just depleted for a few days. It's embarrassing to say 'I'm exhausted' because I haven't been doing enough to warrant this tiredness.

I feel exactly the same. I don't do too much during the day, but I’m always exhausted at the end of it. I guess living with a liver disease has its impact on fatigue and tiredness

Thank you Joy. I spend a lot of time being hard on myself for it but it is so nice to know I'm not alone.

I also suffer from extreme fatigue and tiredness. Some days are better than others. After the GOOD days… its always followed by BAD days. Seems like it takes a long time to recover from days that I’m up and doing things, or going places. I haven’t worked for a few years now, I’m really afraid to commit to working, not knowing how I feel from day to day. I’m extremely hard on myself to! Ive often been called lazy but nobody really understands how you feel when you have liver disease, and how it affects your daily life/activities. Your not alone 💕 🙏

It's comforting to hear that I am not the only one. I am sorry you're struggling. Been dealing with the ups and downs of fatigue and illness brought on by my liver disease for years. Went through so many jobs and now with new ailments and so more bad days than good I can't work or do things I want/need to do. I am at the mercy of others. Funny where life takes us. Even those closest have a hard time grasping our predicament. Try and have patience with yourself and them. 🤞 Something I always need to work on.
