Feeling Heavy and Nervous About Taking the Next Step

My arm is starting to feel heavy and I feel tired even though I didn’t do much today. Sidenote/To Get Off my Chest: I’m also nervous about asking to be someone’s gf. We’ve been going on dates for a little over a month now. I feel like my feelings toward them are getting stronger. I know I get really anxious and hold back, but I wanna know more about him and I feel safe when he holds me. I haven’t told him some other things that I deal with, other than my ADHD and depressive symptoms. It’s always going to be in the back of my head and I’m usually pessimistic/realistic (?). But I feel hopeful that I can be myself and better myself for me and our growing relationship.

I would definitely sit down with him and just explain your conditions with him. If you really care about him and he makes you feel safe and stuff, then talking to him about it and letting him know what to expect will make everything easier down the line instead of it being a bombshell. I did this with my S/O and it helped me drastically to have an outside perspectives on my behavior as well as someone there to help me regulate my moods by not judging me for them and instead treating them like it's a little bump in the road
