Some foods are a big trigger for my acid reflux even if I have been eating clean avoiding bad foods. Coffee gets me if I have more then one cup. Also I get nausea from my fibro if I dont get enough sleep the night before where Im ok then next thing i have nausea and trying to hold my food down.

I am this way. I'm going to the doctor soon. I am now losing so much weight. And my chest has started hurting it feel funny. Even if I drink water. My medicine no longer works so I'm hoping to get a new prescription.

I had an obstruction. They did an esophageal dilation and my life have changed. I couldn’t believe it. I wanted to cry because I can eat without vomiting.

This happens to me all the time mint or mint gum tends to help me feel less nauseous so sometimes I chew gum for a while then finish eating...

Eat slowly and drink before or 1/2 hour after not during meals. Avoid straws, increases air and gassiness.
