Yes me and it’s mostly like in my head I feel the shaking but I don’t actually see myself shaking I don’t know anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️ doctor said it was my nerves I don’t understand

iVe been looking around and found that our symptoms could also be menopause.The shakiness, palpitations, anxiety, depression . HRT hormones replacement therapy is advised . I do know that my estrogen is low. Something to look into !!!

Some therapist said the root to anxiety is that the cause most likely is from our needs not being met I really have been thinking about this and I believe it’s true

Actually it's called tremors, and yes you can have them, therefore feel it. You will feel better if you get your thyroid in the right numbers. Also, get enough Magnesium. Many people with thyroid issues are lacking in minerals. Selenium, Magnesium and vitamin D are the main ones.

They tell me my thyroid is good now. As for everything else not sure. I do have Hashimotos ! So who knows

YES, OFTEN. I also have hypoglycemia which causes that feeling too. So if you haven't had your blood sugar checked you might want to.

I get that too. But the shaking is different. Do you also get a confused feeling till you eat?
