There are many different thing that go with that. I was tested for POTS. But my body dumps sodium when stressed. After surgeries or big illness. That’s dangerous. When I get up I stand for a few seconds & let my body acclimate. I have vestibular migraines too. I would start walking one way but really be walking another direction. I use the transdermal patches on bad days.

I have chronic sinus infections which is one of the problems with CVID. When sinus discharge runs down behind your ears particularly after a bad infection I get dizzy. In hot weather the flowers all are blooming and allergies are constant. I’m tired all the time. I refuse to spend my life laying in bed.

My thyroid caused my balance to be off, muscular weakness, weightloss, sensitivity to heat, tremors in my hand and leg weakness. Since getting diagnosed the symptoms have all left with the correct medicine.

I wish you luck figuring it out. It is so frustrating not feeling well. It's even more frustrating not knowing why u don't feel well. Taking B12 sublingual really helps.

Yes light headed & extremely dizziness. I can bend over to pick up something off the floor and stand back up and I feel like I’m about to pass out. I get disoriented and my balance is always off.
