I have in the past, with the toe and foot with sciatica/hip pain. I was told that it's related to the sciatica pinching the nerves. The pain in my foot and toe was pins and needles that were on fire, along with tingling and/or stabbing pain. My calf pain was from the tendon that goes down the center and my muscles being extremely tight. I also had planters fasciitis which caused my heels tremendous pain, especially first thing in the morning. Stretching exercises help with both the calves and heel.

I have just started this within the last 2 weeks. If you are doing compression garments, it may be aggrevating it. 2 years ago, i tried compression tights. Sciatica started within 2 weeks. I shifted to only knee high on that leg and it went away. Recently, it came back when i did a compression knee high on that leg. Stopped that and just using calf high compression. Worked, it is going away.

You are me or am I you. Lololol. My big toes, both feet has started to shoot sharp pains in them and my hand’s around the knuckles. It wakes me up every night. My calves started burning and very painful out of nowhere to the point it hurt to walk. Steps, forget about it. I do not have sciatica per say but my sacroiliac joints (SI joints) get inflamed and it is so painful that it effects my hips and legs.
