I do for sure. I'm on anti histamines all year round. I believe it's quite common to have this 'lovely' combination!!!!!

I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately as my symptoms are always a lot worse when I’ve eaten something that doesn’t agree with me! My problem is I can’t figure out what it is that I’m reacting to as it’s not the common things such as eggs, milk, nuts etc. What do you take antihistamines for?

oh for sure. i think there's a lot of crossover between fibro and mcas, which is basically just your body having allergic reactions all the time for unknown reasons. so that's always a good thing to look into. i have particular sensitivity to peppermint, caffeine, and the sun, so mine are weirdly specific lol

I toss and turn for at least 20 minutes before I get sort of comfortable in bed. I am like the princess and the pea with 18 mattresses! My temperature comfort Range is like 68 to 72 degrees. I think I Could be sensitive!!! Oh yes, I also have to cut all tags off my clothes.

I have a runny itchy nose and pruritus and I take anti histamines regularly. I am very sensitive to caffeine, weather, noise, smells and I have IBS. I can barely tolerate some clothes, particularly underwear.

have you tried the chocolate substitute Carob. You can cook with it and buy candy from some companies.

I'm allergic to penicillin, codeine, aspirin, liquid milk, watermelon and tree nuts and THC and have been for most of my life. I also have year round allergies to outdoor plants but not grass. My fibro flares with all of these.
