Struggling with Fibromyalgia and COVID-19

Nearly every minute of every day. Drinking lots of ice water is the only thing that helps a bit.

Be careful youā€™re not drinking too much water because you will flush out all the minerals in your body and magnesium and potassium will increase increase your pain l šŸ’•your pain level

Yes, and this problem used to be a lit worse. I try to make external temperature transitions as gradual as possible. Showers are a huge trigger for me. I use very warm water, then finish off with a few moments of tepid or cool water to transition to air temp. I dress in layers, starting with less, adding more as my body adjusts to.air temp after shower. Also.avoid temp extremes when possible. Humidity makes any temp worse for me.

Yes I had Covid last year and my body is till off. I still get night sweats, have lost a lot of hair, chronic cough and headaches. I also canā€™t adjust to heat and humidity make my physically Iā€™ll

huge problem for me. I had no idea too much water could be a problem. Dread showing because of all the different temperature changes and needs. Sleeping is almost impossible. I did just sign up to try the Embr Wave 2ā€“somebody here said they had success with that. So Iā€™m going to try.
