Fibromyalgia patients: Are you deficient in something?

A lot of research says that fibromyalgia patients are deficient in something. I have a hard time with this because I’m not deficient in anything.. at all. So if your deficient in something or were deficient, what was it? And if you aren’t deficient in anything let me know.

I have consistently been very deficient in vitamin D, even on supplements, and low in B12.

Consistently SUPER vitamin D deficient (like I take a megadose weekly for 8-12 weeks every few months and it still drops) and I also recently found out I’m anemic. But that may be related to my dysautonomia
