Hey, I would suggest asking them for a referral to a Rhumetologist and speaking to them about the fibro diagnosis.

You're not overweight. I'm so mad for you. Doctors blaming symptoms on weight, stress, anxiety etc is such a cop-out. My previous doctor said it was my weight and stress/anxiety - didn't listen to the fact I was a healthy weight and very active, plus mentally healthy before my symptoms started. I changed doctors to someone who listened to me and got the rheumatology referral I need for a diagnosis. Get a new doctor asap, as fibro is diagnosed by exclusion and can take a while to diagnose.
