Hi and Welcome! I have fibro and try my best to do exercise on the days my body can. I try to walk as much as I can and also go the gym but I take my time and make sure I listen to my body about what I can do. Some gyms have power assisted machines which can be a really good start as they do most of the work for you! I also swim but only the days when I'm feeling okay and always try to have someone with me just in case! Swimming is a really great way to get all of your body moving whilst still being low intensity and has been recommended to me by multiple doctors over the years! I have also have yoga recommended but found that is wasn't personally for me, might be worth a try though ☺️

Hi, I have fibro as well as POTS. I'm a college student in the Texas hill country so I count walking to class as my exercise (because it is when you have to take sooo many stairs😂) but outside of that I try to swim when I can!! Not even 🏊‍♀️ swimming all the time, just walking in the water or doing light exercises. The water is a great desensitizer and there's less weight impact!

Hi! I’m new here too! - I try to take a walk every day when the weather cooperates; I also do gentle yoga first thing in the morning and last thing before bed. (I’ve been living with fibromyalgia over a decade.)
