Looking for Advice on Supplements and Routines for Light Working Out with FMS

Has anyone with FMS tried different supplements and routines for some light working out? I’ve been looking into creatine and seen some reviews from people with fibro that say it helps. I’m also looking at protein powders and pre workout powders. I’d love to hear what you try and what works! ☺️

I havent tried any supplements but i like to do low impact and chair excercises it helps my fibro so much. Nice guy on youtube named paul eugene does rlly good ones of both. Hope u can find what helps you best!

Collagen protein has been the best protein powder for me for after workout (plus it's good for your hair/skin/nails). I've always tried to focus on low impact and controlled workouts. I especially love swimming and water exercises. I've always looked for workouts designed for elderly and modified them as needed. Just make sure you have rest days in between workouts and pace yourself. It may feel doable that day, but trigger flare up the next day if you push too much. Gradually increase your sets/resistance/weights/etc until you find a balance that work without overdoing it 🖤
