Looking for Fatigue Treatment for Fibromyalgia

Hello! I'm just looking for fatigue treatment for fibromyalgia. Pain used to be my main symptom but that's mostly under control. The fatigue is debilitating. I can't always push through it. Also, I have been thru a number of medications, herbals, and alternatives that I can share my opinion on with others. Have a great day, everyone!

I feel the same way. I have learned to deal with the pain, but the fatigue and depression has been the worst for me. I can’t take most prescriptions as they cause me to be suicidal. 😪😪

Hey! You've said you "can't always push through it". I wouldn't think that you can push through fatigue, it will probably make you worse. Maybe try to rest when you're having bad fatigue days. When it's not as bad then taking things slowly is good. I spent the first few months of my condition trying to push through everything to continue some normality, and it only made me worse. Listen to your body and if you need to rest then give it time. Make sure to practice self care, both mentally and physically 🤗 Sorry if it's not what you were looking for, but it's what helped me 💕
