I definitely agree, this winter has been keeping me inside most days and almost in like a hibernation mode every other week which throws my sleep schedule way off. I'm so looking forward to the summer.

It is horrible and I thought having a few nice days would help. I have no energy to do anything.

I'm feeling the same way. The weather is definitely making it worse. Barely able to do anything, let alone drive anywhere.

I have a giant case of the blahs lately too. I take medication to treat my depression and anxiety but it's almost like it's the marrow in my bones has no spark in them.

It's most definitely the cold and rainy weather. I feel blah on wet and cold days and also hurt a heck of a lot more. On nice sunny warm days, I still hurt alot but nowhere near as much.

I wish I could live somewhere where the temperature was 70-85° year round and it didn't rain constantly. That is an ideal place to be as I cannot tolerate hot or cold temperatures. I'm told that San Francisco is typically in that temperature range but I think it rains there a lot. 🤔 Rainy weather makes me hurt too much. 😞

Could it be a flare-up? I feel the same with a flare-up like I have the flu
