Managing Hydration with Fibromyalgia Medications

I take a plethora of medications for my fibromyalgia and other conditions. With that in my mind I get INCREDIBLY dehydrated even while keeping up with the daily recommendation of 64 oz of water. Are there any tips you have for managing hydration?

Hydration multipliers help me a lot (such as Liquid IV, they have a 30% discount with the code POTS30 if you're interested)

I usually go to the baby isle in Walmart to get- Pedialite popsicles. They help so much with hydration and necessary vitamins

I love YETI cups! They've helped me a lot. I've never been great about getting a lot of water in until I got one. They keep your drink ice cold, and make drinking water enjoyable. Imagine that;)

I’m about to start using the alarm on my phone to remind me to drink water. We have extreme weather conditions where I live and hydration is importante and the meds really dry my mouth a lot.
