Misdiagnosed with Fibromyalgia or Lyme Disease?

Has anyone been tested for "lime Disease" as well when they where diagnosed with fibromyalgia? I hear that the symptoms of lime Disease almost mirror fibromyalgia 100%...it's nuts! Almost the same exact core issues. Was just wondering about if anyone's been misdiagnosed with either of these chronic diseases?

Yes, my doctor did blood work to check for Lymes disease before I was officially diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. The Lymes results were negative.

I wasn't tested for Lyme when I got my diagnosis, but I feel like having Lyme started off my symptoms. I had Lyme as a teen, getting a tick bite when I was about 16. After that I had one infection after another. And honestly I never had the same energy levels.

I was tested for Lyme and got a positive result, but after seeing a specialist, it turned out to be a false positive. The specialist said that most people who have a rheumatological condition get a false positive on that particular test.
