Is my neck and back pain REALLY Fibromyalgia?

Is my neck and back pain REALLY Fibromyalgia, or is it just muscular-skeletal imbalances? (The Chicken or the Egg type of question) E.g. I have a criss-cross pattern of pain (R-Shoulder, L-Low Back, etc) and visible postural problems: Can this cause neck tightness, leading to tight blood vessels that construct blood flow, and mimic Fibromyalgia? Or is the Fibro happening first in my brain, resulting in tightness and pain at the weakest points?

I feel like it goes hand and hand Or one feeds the other It really sucks you can’t really tell, is it a flare up, or just some random event

Cm625 you and I are 86% similar. 😲 Do you get neck stiffness? How is your posture? Any allergies found?
