I was not able to manage either very successfully. I don't have fibromyalgia symptoms anymore and I am very grateful

Im on gabapentin and flexeril. My brother has it and did like 30 minutes of stretches every morning and his symptoms are basically in remission. I cant get myself to cuz i have to take a half hour nebulizer every morning and i gotta get to work at some point ( im making excuses i know). I stopped wearing underwire bras, no jeans, only stretch clothing and that helps a lot.

Thanks, I have nebulizer treatments as well. I take gabapentin but it doesn't seem to help. I do some stretching it helps.

I know how you feel. Anytime I do much of anything the next day I'm in miserable pain. I really wish I could actually exercise.

Cymbalta, Lyrica, and Tylenol 8 hour Extended Release carry the bulk of pain relief for me, and all these medications are OK to take long term on a regular basis. For breakthrough pain, I utilize tramadol for moderate discomfort and oxycodone for severe. Muscle relaxers and opioids aren't recommended for chronic use as they're toxic to neural tissue and may cause tolerance. Hope this helps! Don't hesitate to PM me if you want to discuss more!! ❤️❤️

Percocet really helped my miserable debilitating pain. My DR won't prescribe it anymore .
