Yep! Fibromyalgia has many symptoms other than pain and soreness one of them is exhaustion. It’s drains you if you’re energy until you feel like you can’t do anything else. Hope you feel better! ❤️

I had to start taking supplements at the right time of day with light exercise and stretching. Now i really feel much improvement until I get lazy or bored. Then i have huge set backs in my level of fatigue. I also have stopped using bright lights after sun down and turn all the bright lights on earlier in the morning and leave them on. Idk if there is real science behind it but it's a practice that works for me. I can still sleep if i really need to with the lights on, but i found i sleep less when I don't really need it but mostly only want to when the lights are on Ike that.

I experienced that in my college years, when my fibro was at its most impactful. Now that i am on the right meds it happens less often but the weather and my level of activity the day before do impact my level of fatigue. Making a habit of moving on purpose (walking, yoga, stretches, tai chi, etc) has helped a lot for me personally

what medication do you take? As I get older symptoms worsen. The hypersensitive nerve pain is worsening.

Yes! I am dealing with this right now! I often need hours and hours of sleep at night, and I still want to nap during the day.

I do sleep alot with fm even though I go to the gym and take pain medicine. Some days I can't even make to the gym.

Yes. I go through phases of this with my fibro and it's awful.
