Yeah my symptoms started early around 6 but got constant at 13 got told most my life I didn't know what pain was because I was young and so on got diagnosed when I was in my mid 20s and I'm 31 now and still feel that stigma of I don't know pain baised on age. Constantly feel guilty too you aren't alone

I’m 25 not got diagnosed at 23 and still working on determining some other diagnoses in the mix. I feel guilty when I can’t do things or shouldn’t do things because of my symptoms. I am a people pleaser and struggle with boundaries because I was raised told I wasn’t allowed to have any. I spent the last two years getting good at listening to my body and being strict with my boundaries but that guilt is still there.

There are a lot of things I wish I could do. And the fatigue is frustrating to me. But I have to balance pacing myself with pushing myself. If I push too much, I end up feeling even more pain and fatigue the next day.
