I do... still looking for ways to deal with it. The only exercise I can really do is swimming and I can only do it in the summer

Yeah I've been on a consistent incline in weight for years but I'm not totally sure if it's related or not

Absolutely I do.. it sucks I don’t really eat a lot but I feel huge. I don’t eat the absolute best but I see others who eat like pig and lose weight. Drives me nuts.

Yeah because I'm not very active and sometimes rely on quick meals. Trying to go for more slow walks and eat better when I feel up to it, but it's a slow process.

I have put on so much weight in the past couple of years. It has been so difficult to lose any weight because I can hardly walk most days. I can barely cook, so rely on what is easiest and quickest. I started seeing a dietitian who has been helping me a lot, but it's still difficult to shake the weight off when even walking causes you so much pain 😔

Before I was diagnosed, I went to a specialist and he blamed my pain on my weight. Since losing 12kg my pain has gotten worse, probably due to time rather than much else)

It’s a major struggle for me, but I also have PCOS which causes metabolic issues.

Yup. I struggle to exercise enough to feel fit and healthy. The fatigue makes even getting started hard and the pain afterwards makes then going to work difficult. Since I graduated and moved home it's a lot harder to eat the healthier meals I used to due to family intolerances and preferences which doesn't help
