I've come to forgive my grandma. In case you're wondering, there was some verbal abuse, believe me it wasn't easy. But I don't want to be angry anymore. She's in heaven now but I know we've made peace.

I think it's ok to forgive but not forget. maybe she had her trauma that she passed on to you. the best we can do is stop the cycle
