Finding Support and Advice for Mental Health Diagnoses

hi I've commented on a few posts this morning. but it's my 1st time on here. I guess I'll start with my diagnoses. I'm gonna list Β½ the alphabet here but here I go. GAD, MDD, ADD, PTSD, OCD, BPD. I'm on 400mgs of Seroquel, 300mgs Elavil, 1200mgs Gabapentin, 4mgs Klonopin, 20mgs Buspar, 8/2 Suboxone. I guess what I'm looking for here is to talk to people who have the same (at least some) of the same diagnoses, positive or helpful talks and suggestions. And to hopefully share some of my experiences with anyone needing advice. like a digital sounding board that goes both ways! I don't have anyone to REALLY talk to! my friends have their own issues that make them unhelpful. if you made it this far, thanks for reading!! I look forward to hearing from and talking with the people using this cool app. take care ✌🏻nπŸ’œ to everyone!

Wow that's def a list of diagnosis lol... I'm fairly new to this app as well and I'd have to say I freakin love it. I've been sick with RA for twenty years now and I've only met one other person that has RA and she's old enuf to b my GMA so I haven't ever been able to o relate or vent to anyone that understood what I was going thru on a mental or emotional level

I've been on here for awhile but tend to lurk. Mostly cause. I try not to talk too much. Takes too much energy some days to type. I'm with you on GAD, MDD, PTSD, probably BPD to. Then at migraine, fibromyalgia, chronic back & neck pain, Meniere's. Been through about 6 different combos of psych meds since they seem to stop working after awhile. Kinda build up a tolerance to them. But I finally have a good PCM and neurologist so I'll see how it goes. Ditto on no one to really talk to that understands stuff. My sister just wants to talk about how bad her life and issues are. So that's me in a nuts shell. Not talking much but giving you a dissertation.πŸ˜…πŸ˜†πŸ˜‡

I have PTSD anxiety and severe stress, which has probably caused a lot of my migraines, but also being diagnosed with severe migraines , that's my biggest issue , trying to fix it , I can handle my stress and PTSD as long as people know what not to do around me , ( sneak up behind me or stand in a room or hall just staring at me , yes that happens at my house ) my blood pressure has gone on a roller coaster ride, lol , I too have fibromyalgia, CFS, chronic back and neck pain , some depression, and a bit of OCD, trying to live my life on a daily basis definitely has it's challenges , it's gets hard to wake up in the afternoon , much less the morning
