I’m so sorry you are going through this. My sister had it like you and she was just miserable. I have PN on the bottom of my feet and I have had it for over 15 years. My nerves have gotten so bad that I started losing my toes last year. I only have 3 left. I just had 3 amputated on my right foot due to osteomyelitis which is when a sore or infection gets into the bone. What happened was I got a sore on the bottom of my big toe and it just would never heal. My toes did not have good enough veins to get better once they got infected. So please take care of your feet. Especially if you cannot feel them. I wish you the best and hope you get help with your pain!
