First Panic Attack: Out of Body Experience

I had my first panic attack today. Feels totally different from an anxiety attack. It felt like an out of body experience, almost. I didn't feel like myself. I went outside expecting to just cry from being overwhelmed but it was just an explosion of emotion that manifested into a panic attack... I hope that never happens again lol.

They really are! Didn't help that I was at work when it happened 😅 I'm feeling better now, though!

I’m not sure I could tell the difference for me. What are some major differences between the two?

I have regular attacks. It all about how you respond to it. A book called dare by a guy called Barry helped me with this. I respond to it in the right way now and it doesn't last as long. I'm also not as terrified of it. So if you can get that book and meditating regularly is a really powerful tool too
