Hi 😊 the first step is asking for a referal to Rheumatology and for a HLA-B27 genetic test. Which symptoms have you been having?

Speak to your Dr. To order tests for inflammatory markers and definitely see a rheumatologist ASAP to start tx. It's a life long condition. Making sure you stretch at home , clean up diet and hit the gym. Must have a holistic approach to live well and tackle AS. Hope this was helpful. Thanx.

Also important to remember inflammatory markers can sometimes appear normal and you can have the disease without the HLAB27 gene. Diagnosis can be complex, request to see a rheumatologist.
