FLU but NEGATIVE! Help?!

FLU but NEGATIVE! Help?! I tested for both flu and covid and I’m still sure it’s flu. Could it be a false positive? My back KILLS. (Isolated) Just it was just my back. (Normal??) 4days later it was back and back of neck. 5 days later back, neck, side shoulder and under jaw. (I think lymph nodes?) Is this all NORMAL? I don’t know what I have. I’ve had the fevers, chills, one time vomit, dizziness, tiredness, not hungry… *I’ve had covid last month and this is beating my butt more*

It sounds like you have covid if that's what you tested positive for lol. Like the flu, there are different strains of covid, and even if it's the exact same covid you had last month, it probably feels worse because you haven't had time to fully recover. Everything you're describing is very normal and expected for any kind of viral illness, you'll just have to ride it out (barring emergency symptoms like trouble breathing, blue skin/nails, dehydration, etc)

I tested negative for both tho this time around🤔 and last time covid (less than two months ago) it took me two weeks to recover. I didn’t have a job I needed to be running back too so everything seemed okay. If you thinking I have a relapse. Couod that happen?
