How I Control My Symptoms with Food Elimination

I stopped all my medications a yr ago as they didn’t help me feel well they did the opposite. I control 90 percent of my symptoms and pain with food elimination. I found that 99 percent of what I was eating was causing my symptoms. Joint pain, swelling, digestive issues, lung pain and liver and kidney swelling. I food journaled, and found that a mostly carnivore diet eliminates my symptoms. Along with some fruit, bananas , grapefruits and water melon. Idk who will try the elimination food journaling I’ve done for the last yr. But it took a lot of screwing up. To realize that cravings are not worth it and we’re killing me. I now stick to meat, salt and fruit. I am about 75-80 percent symptom free. I haven’t found a way to remove the last 10-20 percent of minor aches and pains. It tolerable and is a much better quality of life I had a yr ago. Cheers to everybody , I hope this helps and finds you all.
