Forgetting Medication Names: Is It Normal?

I mean, yes and no. Sometimes it takes me a while to remember the non-brand names of my medications, but I think it’s important to remember them or at least have them written down on your phone somewhere in case something happened to you. And, of course, the more meds you take the harder it would be to remember them all.

Yes and no, but honestly yeah I find it normal because I’m on like 8 different meds so between brand names and the off label names I’m all sorts of mixed up constantly. I have to keep an updated list on my phone tbh.

I always forget since I'm on generics and those tend to be weirder.

lol same whenever I have to list my medication at the doctor it basically goes “It’s like this big, it’s like a green blue, an oval, it’s for adhd” “is it [medication name here]” “yeah that’s the one!”
