Seeking Advice on Getting a Formal POTS Diagnosis

my doctor has told me the cause of my symptoms is "probably POTS" but is waiting for a review from cardiology. I'm worried that unless cardiology have something significant to say, she won't contact me again for a formal POTS diagnosis. how can I ensure I get one?
