Frequent headaches and neck pain

For a little while now I’ve been experiencing frequent headaches and neck pain. More recently, they’ve been pretty much every day. Sometimes they seem to be migraines and other times they are able to be ignored. I’m not sure what’s been causing them or what I should do. I thought it was dehydration at first, since I have adhd and tend to forget to drink water. But, I have been adding hydration boosters to my water to encourage me to drink my water and drink more of it, and my headaches haven’t gone away (though the water did help.) Any ideas of what could be causing this?

Headache and neck pain I deal with some too. Stretches. Chiro. Stay hydrated. Dark room bedtime. Helps
